I recently visited Baja California with Preston Ames, Jeff Nelson, and Jim Glover. It was my first time traveling to Mexico so I was open to the new experience. Specifically we visited, Cabo San Lucas, El Pescadaro, and a property outside La Paz. The weather was warm, but it was refreshing to walk amongst Banana, Coconut, Mango, & Papaya trees and fully embrace the beauty of the natural scenery such as the 30+ ft. tall cacti. Every time we visit the ocean, whales were just off shore and when floating in the water you could hear them sing to one another. |

Keeping a healthy instestinal tract & stomach is essential for maintaining optimal health. The stomach and intestines are responsible for breaking down and absorbing all of the food we've ever eaten. Think of ones intestines as a series of pipes, over time debris and plaque can accumulate on the inner wall of your intestinal tract. According to my research, its usually the least healthy foods which find it easier to accumulate within your intestines. Some of those foods include Fast Food, Processed Junk, and all of those things you ate and wish you hadn't. |
