I've recently been researching raw foods, which to my understanding is unmatched by cooked foods due to the nutrients that are lost during to cooking process. One person who's research I've found to be very thought provoking is David Wolfe. I've found his methods to be the most appropriate for implementing raw foods within ones diet. Wolfe's strategy is to simply add raw food to ones diet, instead of taking things out - the more raw food added, the better.
