Cancer is one of America's biggest health problems. Could Cancer be related to our diet such as other Metabolic diseases? An intriguing documentary produced by G. Edward Griffin titled A World Without Cancer - The Story of Vitamin B-17 makes the case that Cancer is a "Chronic Metabolic" disease that can be treated through proper dietary supplementation. Although this practice is not accepted by mainstream Cancer therapy, Vitamin B-17 (nitriloside) is recognized as a nutrient found within a variety of foods, although strangely not conventionally discussed as being part of our diet. Apricot Kernels otherwise known as "Bitter Almonds" have a high concentration of this vitamin. An interesting point that G. Edward Griffin makes is that the average diet of someone living before our industrialized fast-food society naturally contained high amounts of this nutrient.
Fruit seed that contain B-17
- Apple
- Apricot
- Cherry
- Orange
- Peach
- Plums
Grasses:
- Barley
- Millet
- Wheatgrass
I gathered some apricots off the ground that were bruised, washed the skin off to the apricot seed. I let the seeds dry after washing them and then cracked them open to reveal the inner seed or "kernel". This can be eaten as is and has the taste of an almond and a cherry in my opinion. I decided to grind up the kernels and put them inside pill capsules, which can be stored in the refrigerator.

"The purpose of this presentation is to show that this great human tragedy [cancer] can be stopped now entirely on the basis of existing scientific knowledge. We'll explore the theory that Cancer, like Scurvy or Pellagra is a deficiency disease aggravated by the lack of an essential food compound in modern mans diet, and that it's ultimate control is to be found simply in restoring this substance to our daily intake." - G. Edward Griffin
