The Mysterious Origins of Man is a documentary produced by NBC is an intriguing documentary. I'm not saying that I agree with every claim made in the film. But I find Tiahuanaco a truly fascinating site to say in the least. How did we manage to create metal staples 12500 feet above sea level in South America at least 10,000 years ago? Tiahuanaco also features precision architecture with near perfect 90° staircases and completely leveled stones weighing over 10 tons. On top of all that, the composition of the stone used to build Tiahuanaco originates from a mountain range nearly five miles away. I think its amazing to learn of such astonishing feats. also, dude thanks for posting this one. I had never even seen a documentary about Tiahuanacu till then, I still feel the history channel, discovery channel and the like systematically never talk about these sites. Still though, never seen a documentary about Baalbek!
Also, we never were taught about these sites in school! I didn't even know what Baalbek or Tiahuanacu was untill I picked up the Earth Chronicles by Zecharia Sitchin.
